Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Customers will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or due to carrier delays.
Local Pickup (If Available)
Local pickup may be available upon request. Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Calvintuckerpulse is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Calvintuckerpulse is not responsible for carrier delays.
If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, then email us at calvintuckersllc@gmail.com for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review and resolve the issue promptly

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7–14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
All original tags must be attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original box.
Jewelry, undergarments, and clearance items may be final sale.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale or promotional items
Worn or damaged merchandise (not due to shipping damage)
Items returned without approval
Return Process
Email calvintuckersllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item back within the approved timeframe.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for size or product changes (subject to availability).
If the desired item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
